Taylor Lasiter
I love burgers, pizza, sushi, nachos, guacamole, tacos, steak, french fries, my wife's spaghetti, cheesecake, ice cream...that's why I workout so hard. If you're like me, you know the struggle.
I have been grossly underweight and overweight. I have been both while also being an athlete my entire life. Whether it was sports in grade school or a PT fanatic in the Marine Corps, I have learned how to do the "right" things in fitness by doing all the wrong things. I've fought through injuries, days of zero motivation, terrible diet, or getting sucked into fads.
Fitness is not a trend. It is a lifestyle. The discipline to maintain the lifestyle is something that is only tasted in the small successes in your journey through life. All you need sometimes, is a coach that knows how to get you there...wherever there is.
